On a typewriter, a single finger writes love letters and letters of physical desire.
The finished letter falls down and a new one is created. They are conceived and written by a machine.

The spectrum ranges from a harmless desire for closeness to explicit physical desire. The content contrasts with the robotic rhythm of the machine.
Part poetry, part absurd sentences and part embarrassment are created.

The viewer is given a voyeuristic perspective by being able to observe the supposed intimacy of the letters, which are addressed from no one to no one. The machine can write letters, but does not know the meaning of the words.

This results in part poetry, part absurdity, part alien shame.
„uncanny“ haben wir in der Ausstellung „DRINK A BOTTLE OF MY COURAGE SWIM IN MY SKIN // THIS SPACE IS INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK“ gezeigt.
